Services and Inclusions
What services do you offer?
We offer property repairs, painting, pressure washing, garden tidy-ups, rubbish removal, staging, advice and support.
Can I book just one service or do I need a package?
You can book a single service or combine multiple. We offer flexible options and packages to suit your needs and budget.
What types of repairs can you take care of?
We handle handyman services that make a difference when walking through a property to purchase. We offer small renovation jobs to spruce up an area of your home, whether it be a garden revamp or a splash back that needs some fresh tiles, or a shower floor that needs some clean silicon.
Is end-of-lease or deep cleaning available?
Yes, we offer full property cleaning including bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and more.
Packages, Payments, Policies and Prices
How does payment work?
We encourage upfront payment for service, however we understand not everyone has the means immediately. For a 15% fee, we offer a $2,000 credit to be paid when your property is sold or up to 180 days after work begins
Do you offer packages for different budgets?
Yes, we offer flexible packages with tiered pricing to suit different property types and budgets.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on services required, property size, duration, and materials. We provide custom quotes after assessment.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a 25% deposit is required based on the total value of services booked.
Is GST included in your prices?
All quoted prices are exclusive of GST. GST will be clearly noted on your invoice.
Can quotes change after the booking?
Quotes may be adjusted following on-site inspections if additional labour or materials are required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, debit cards, and major credit cards. Payment details will be included in your invoice.
Do you offer payment plans?
Although we encourage up front payments, we are very flexible with payment options and can break the payment into up to 6 installments up to 180 days, or pay in lump sum once you sell. Please note that a 15% fee applies to post-sale payments.
Is GST included in the price?
All prices listed are exclusive of GST. GST is added at the time of invoicing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may incur a fee. Please contact us as early as possible for changes.
Will I be charged if I change my booking?
Changes are generally allowed with reasonable notice. Additional charges may apply if services or dates are significantly altered.

How do I book a service?

How far in advance should I book?
The more notice we receive the greater the out come.
Typically three weeks is the minimum, but we enjoy a challenge. So please reach out.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. We can work independently if access is arranged and instructions are clear.
Can I upload photos or plans during the quote process?
Yes, our form allows uploads of photos, floorplans, or relevant documents to help us quote accurately.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
You can cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice. Cancellations may be subject to terms outlined in your agreement.

We generally do not remain on-site unless it’s part of a pre-arranged service agreement.

Yes, we work directly with your real estate agent to align your property presentation with campaign needs.

Can I use my own tradesperson?

We handle patching, painting, hardware repairs, light carpentry, and similar small fixes ourselves.
Are all trades licensed and insured?
Yes, every tradesperson we work with is fully licensed and insured. We only work with reputable, licensed and insured services.
